    Monitoring Index-Based Livestock Insurance (IBLI) to ensure the product continues to benefit stakeholders and contribute towards long-term poverty reduction for Africa's pastoralists. 

    MARKET & CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT

    Developing capacity-building tools to increase access to and understanding of Index-Based Livestock Insurance (IBLI) and financial services for pastoralists and commercial partners.

    INSTITUTIONS & POLICY SUPPORT

    Developing and managing public-private partnerships to ensure a sustainable and efficient enabling environment for Index-Based Livestock Insurance (IBLI) to grow and benefit key stakeholders.
