As part of IBLI’s blended learning strategies to capacitate Village Insurance Promoters (VIPs) through interactive and incentive based trainings, the IBLI team developed a game with its collaborators Kifiya Financial technologies and commercial partner, Oromia Insurance SC (OIC).
This game helps Village Insurance Promoters (VIPs) to navigate in a playful way in their day-to-day interaction with different stakeholders as an IBLI Salesperson.
